Meet ___________, MS, LCMHC
Helping you rediscover your spark, your strength, and your sense of self.
Life can sometimes leave you feeling heavy—disconnected from who you are, stuck in a loop of stress, worry, depression, and discontentment. I understand how overwhelming that can feel—and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My Approach
I believe that healing begins with connection—to yourself, to your strengths, and to a compassionate, supportive space where you feel safe to explore and grow. My therapeutic style combines:
Person-Centered Therapy – creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where your voice is truly heard.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – helping you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
Expressive Arts Therapy – using creativity, writing, music, and visual arts as tools to reconnect with your authentic self and uncover deeper meaning.
Often, the most vital parts of ourselves—our resilience, creativity, and confidence—get buried under layers of old beliefs, life experiences, or trauma. Together, we’ll work to uncover and release those blocks so you can reconnect to your inner strength, develop self-compassion, and build healthier, more fulfilling ways of living.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals navigating:
Depression, anxiety, and mood disorders
Life transitions and identity exploration
Self-Esteem issues
Substance use issues
Blocks to creative expression
Whether you’re feeling lost, anxious about the future, or disconnected from your sense of purpose, our work together can help you feel grounded, present, and empowered to create a life that feels like your own.
A Little About Me
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College and a Master’s degree in Poetry Writing from the University of New Hampshire—a combination of educational experiences that reflects both my clinical expertise and my deep interest in creativity and self-expression. Before becoming a licensed therapist, I worked extensively in human services roles, as well as in the fields of music, writing, and teaching.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m inspired by music, poetry, creative writing, spirituality, and visual arts—all of which often influence the holistic nature of my work with clients.
I currently offer limited openings for both in-person and Telehealth appointments for individuals in Maine and New Hampshire.
Let’s Begin Your Next Chapter
If you’re ready to reconnect with your inner strength, rediscover your passion, and start moving forward with clarity and confidence, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
